Those experiences forged the operator I am today, a high performance business leader who has spent over two decades building departments, high output teams, and leaders across global banking, finance, healthcare, retail, government, and recruitment.
The Heart Behind Merge Foundation - Merge Foundation was born out of deep purpose and a lasting tribute to my inspirational cousin. Her selflessness, passion for uplifting women, love for travel, and dedication to personal growth remain the guiding force behind this mission.
